Florida Life Insurance Depot (“we”, “us”) is a Florida-based life insurance brokerage and a division of North American Senior Benefits (NASB). Our agent of record is Ray Holley.

When you submit our quote or broker application form, we collect:

  • Identity information (name, date of birth)
  • Contact information (phone, email, mailing address)
  • Insurance preferences (coverage amount, what you want to cover, beneficiary status)
  • For broker applicants: occupation history and your interest in the role
  • Your express consent to be contacted

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to prepare a quote, communicate with you about your inquiry, and meet regulatory requirements that apply to insurance brokers. If you become a customer, we share what is necessary with the carrier(s) issuing your policy. We do not sell your information.

4. How we contact you (TCPA notice)

By submitting a form on this site, you expressly consent to be contacted by Florida Life Insurance Depot and Ray Holley at the phone number and email address you provide, including via automated systems and SMS where applicable, for purposes related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking to be removed during a call.

5. How we protect it

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered directly to Ray Holley’s business inbox. We retain this information only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and to satisfy applicable record-keeping rules.

6. Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, contact us at ray@floridalifeinsurancedepot.com or 334-777-9732. We respond within 30 days.
